Refund policy

Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you may ship it back to our store using a carrier company of your choice by registered mail (requesting the recipient’s signature). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Washed and/or used products cannot be returned, with no exceptions. Due to their hygienic nature, we cannot accept returns of items, including but not limited to diapering accessories and nursing products showing any signs of use.

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@universaldiapers.com. Returns are fully inspected to verify that our terms and conditions have been met. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our terms and conditions. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless a wrong item or defective product was received. If you received free shipping and your return causes your total to fall below the listed minimums, we will deduct our actual shipping cost from your refund.

Order Cancellation Policy:

You can request the cancellation of your order; however, your request must be received before your order is processed at our store (usually within 4 to 8 hours after your order is placed). We are unable to cancel your order after it is processed.

Refund Policy:

You may return your new, unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund or online store credit, excluding any shipping fees and a 6% payment processing fee charged by the payment processing company. Returns must be received in their new, unused condition, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached.

You may cancel your order before it is processed at our store; however, a 6% payment processing fee charged by the payment processing company will be deducted from your total refund.

All sales are final after 30 days. Gift items are eligible for store credit only. Please note that we require the original order number and/or the name of the purchaser for processing. We are unable to refund or issue a store credit for purchases not made at universaldiapers.ca online.
