Shipping policy

Our Shipping, Delivery and Handling Policy 

FULFILLMENT POLICY 

All orders are processed and shipped from our store location in Toronto, Ontario.  

We offer Shipping, Free Local Delivery as well as Store Pickup for order fulfillment. 

Shipping: A shipping fee* is automatically calculated prior to payment information submission. Simply add the items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page - the shipping cost will be displayed there. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of ordering. 

This is calculated based on the weight of products, the distance and the price of the order.

Discreet packaging is employed to ensure any items with extra discreet packaging requirement will be put inside a discreet bag and our store name will be concealed on the shipping label.

Free Local Delivery: If you qualify for free local delivery and have completed your order, we will reach out to you via email/phone/text to set up a time for the delivery. You can also call or email us to place your order. 

The requirements for free and same-day local delivery are based on the total order value and the distance from our store.  

  1. Within 20 km, the minimum order required is $150. 
  2. We do not deliver beyond 20km. 

If you choose Free Local Delivery to place an order on the website but your order does not meet the minimum order requirements, we will contact you to work something out regarding the delivery of your order. 

Store Pickup: You can choose Free Store Pickup for your order when you check out. As soon as the order is ready, we will send you a notification and you can come to pick up your order at the store address during the store hours. 

 AVAILABLE INVENTORY 

Sales inventory count is approximate. While we try to ensure that all items for sale are available to be shipped, certain circumstances may sometimes prevent an item from being available. We will make every best effort to ensure the product you have ordered is available; however, we cannot guarantee it.
